At EvoTech, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every piece of cutting-edge technology you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your electronics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EvoTech account and navigate to your order history to select the specific items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and use your tracking number to monitor the progress as it travels to our inspection center.
